Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
21/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
11/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1 (12-oz.) pkg. Semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Method:
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla with electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by rounded tablespoon in a circular pattern onto non-stick metal tray. Cook according to your Advantium model’s cooking settings or until golden brown. Cool on tray for 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
