Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients:
8 cups coarsely chopped cabbage (1 small head)
11/2 cups shredded carrots
4 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 (103/4-oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (3-oz.) can French-fried onions, crushed
Method:
In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots and bacon. Combine soup, milk and salt; stir until smooth. Pour over cabbage mixture; stir to combine. Spoon mixture into a 21/2-quart oval (or similar) casserole; cover. Cook according to your Advantium model’s cooking settings. Uncover and top with crushed onions after 24 minutes of cooking time.
