Salmon Terrine
Ingredients:
2 (16-oz.) cans salmon, drained with bone and skin removed
¾ cup dry bread crumbs
½ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dill weed
½ teaspoon salt
Method:
In large bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, milk, egg, butter, cheese, dill weed and salt; mix well.
Form mixture into a loaf in a 2-quart oblong or 8-inch square baking dish.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until done.
Let stand 5 minutes.

Chef's Notes:
Salmon is high in protein and also a rich source of vitamin A, the B-group vitamins and omega-3 oils. The soft bones in canned salmon are an excellent calcium source.
