1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped celery
1 cup cooked rice
1 (14½-oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6-oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4-oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Cook beef, onion, green pepper and celery until meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain well.
Stir in rice, tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, Italian herb seasoning, salt and pepper.
Spoon mixture into a 2½-quart oval (or similar) casserole.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until bubbly.
Uncover and top with cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
