Mom's Fudge
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans (optional)
Method:
Grease 13" x 9" pan
Melt butter. Add sugar and milk, then mix
Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stir
Continue boiling 5 minutes on medium heat
Remove from heat
Stir in chips. Add all ingredients
Pour into pan and let cool
