1 cup sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch-dressing mix
1 large pizza crust, prebaked
1 small zucchini or yellow squash, sliced in 1/8-inch slices
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup grated carrots
10 cherry or grape tomatoes cut in halves
1/2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped in small pieces
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup red or yellow bell peppers, diced
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Combine sour cream and ranch dressing mix and spread over pizza crust.
Layer 1/2 of each of the vegetables, one at a time.
Combine the cheeses and place one half of the mixture on top of vegetable layers.
Place remaining vegetables over cheese and top with other half of the cheese mixture.
Cover pizza well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
