Apple, Cranberry, and Almond Salad
Ingredients:
4 green apples
1 Cup dried cranberries
1/2 Cup almonds, slivered toasted
2 Cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
Method:
Core and chop unpeeled apples.
Place chopped apples into a large bowl.
Mix in cranberries, almonds and yogurt.
Blend well and serve.
