1 sleeve (or more) saltine crackers
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
14 ounces peanut butter morsels
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels
Cover the bottom of a large cookie sheet with edges or jelly roll pan with saltines.
Break crackers to fit to completely cover the bottom.
Combine the butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
Heat on medium low heat until mixture bubbles.
Continue cooking for 2 minutes without stirring.
Spread mixture over crackers and bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with peanut butter and chocolate morsels.
Let stand for 10 minutes, then swirl the soft morsels over the top with a fork.
Refrigerate for about 4 hours and break into pieces like brittle.
