Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8)
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup diced ham or bacon crumbles
1 4-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Unroll refrigerated crescent rolls and line a 12-inch pizza pan by pressing out with fingers and sealing seams and edges to cover entire pan.
Combine eggs, ham or bacon, mushrooms and cheese in a medium size bowl.
Pour over crescent rolls and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until dough edges are browned and mixture is bubbly.
Remove from oven and let set for 5 - 10 minutes before slicing.
