1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1 - 3 ounce can (2 cups) chow mein noodles
1 - 6 or 7 ounce can tuna, drained
1-cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup salted, roasted cashews
1/4 cup chopped onion
Dash of pepper
Combine soup and water.
Add 1/2 of the chow mein noodles, tuna, celery, cashews, onion and pepper. Toss lightly.
Place in a 10 x 6 x 1-2/2 inch or equivalent size ungreased casserole.
Sprinkle remaining chow mein noodles over top.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 - 20 minutes.
