1 large uncooked beef brisket
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
Place brisket fat-side down in a roasting pan. Combine all dry ingredients and sprinkle generously over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 hours at 200 degrees F.
Cool for 20 minutes before slicing. Can serve slices on rye bread with Dijon mustard and Swiss cheese or on buns for a picnic.
