Easy Eggs For Egg Salad

So here’s a tip on how to quickly, easily and safely chop your hard-boiled eggs for egg salad. The only tools you’ll need are a wire mesh cooling rack and a bowl. Simply peel you eggs (we’ve found placing the eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes then into an ice water bath to cool makes peeling a pleasure) and press them through the cooling rack into your bowl then follow your recipe for egg salad.
