This flavor-packed recipe delivers juicy pork chops in a fraction of the time.
4 center-cut pork chops, cut ¾-inch thick
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 onion slices
4 lemon slices
Sprinkle chops with salt, thyme and pepper.
Arrange chops in a 3-quart oblong or 8-inch square casserole.
Combine chili sauce and brown sugar; pour over chops.
