½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
½ cup peeled, finely chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons dill weed
½ teaspoon salt
6 loin lamb chops, cut 1 ¾-inches thick
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cucumber, lemon juice, dill weed and salt; blend well and set aside.
Arrange lamb chops on non-stick metal tray.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until desired doneness.
Turn chops over after 10 minutes.
Serve with Cucumber-Dill Sauce.
