1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 (2.8-oz.) can French-fried onions, crushed
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, onions, sugar, baking powder, chili powder and salt.
Beat together eggs, milk and oil; add to flour mixture.
Stir just until smooth.
Pour into a greased 2-quart oblong or 8-inch square baking dish.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until golden brown.
