1 ½ lbs. tenderized boneless round steak
½ small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup coarsely chopped green pepper
1 (14 ½-oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped and undrained
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 ¾-oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon basil
Cut steak into serving size portions and place in a 4-quart oval (or similar) casserole.
Spread onion slices and green pepper over steak.
Combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion soup mix, parsley flakes and basil; pour over steak and vegetables.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until tender.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
