Ingredients

3 Cups Sugar5 Cups Water
1 Cup Corn Syrup
2 Cups Lemon Juice
By Weight
1# 6 Ounces Sugar5 Cups Water
8 Ounces Corn Syrup
2 Cups Lemon Juice
Preparation
- Bring water to a simmer the add the corn syrup and sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and allow to cool in a refrigerator overnight if possible.
- Turn in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer's directions and serve.
