A Recipe for Culinary Perfection
So what do chefs Joe and Brian know about food? For starters, they bring a good deal of experience to the table, having worked in kitchens as far afield as Taiwan. Coupled with their professional training is a love of the whole process of food, including the adventure that comes from chopping, slicing, grilling, sautéing and sharing.
The Chefs' shared experience of cooking together spans about 10 years–first at The English Grill in The Brown Hotel in Louisville, KY, and now at the Monogram Experience Center in Louisville. Just like any meal worth its salt–or sugar, if you were to ask Brian–the partnership has contrasting and complementary aspects, but it always results in something extraordinarily delicious and fun.
