Smokey Cole Slaw Recipe


Ingredients
By Measure
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
2 Tbs Smoked Paprika
1/2 Cup Diced Yellow Onion
1/2 Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Vinegar
Salt and Pepper To Taste
1 Head Cabbage - Shredded
1 Red Onion - Very Thin Julienne

 
 
Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except cabbage and red onion to a food processor and puree until smooth
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Toss 3/4 of the sauce with the cabbage and red onion
  4. Add more sauce depending on how wet you like your slaw
  5. Season again with salt and pepper
  6. Serve or refrigerate for up to three days
NOTE: Adjust the amount of sugar depending on how sweet you like your slaw.
