Joe's BBQ Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
By Measure
For The Sauce:
2 Cups Water
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 Cup Yellow Mustard
2 Tbs Black Pepper
2 Tbs Red Pepper Flakes
1 Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Red Wine
3 Cups Red Wine Vinegar
Salt To Taste
For The Marinade/Mop:
2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 Cup Yellow Mustard
2 Tbs Red Pepper Flakes
1 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 Cup Salt
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Ketchup
3 Tbs Black Pepper
Preparation
For The Sauce:

Bring all ingredients to a simmer for 30 minutes.

Let stand overnight in the refrigerator to develop the flavor.
For The Marinade/Mop:

Bring all ingredients to a boil then chill and marinate ribs overnight for best results.
For The Ribs:

After marinating overnight cook the ribs at 280-300 for a minimum of 2 1/2 hours or until the bone is showing a 1/2" making sure to mop the ribs with the marinade every 15 minutes.

After the ribs are ready brush with the sauce and finish over charcoal until candied.
