Double Crust Lemon Pie Recipe
Ingredients

2 nine inch pie shells
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 lemon rind
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup milk
2 eggs
6 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
Mix the filling.
Place 1 pie shell in pie plate or tart pan.
Pour the filling into the pie shell.
Top with the second pie dough.
Brush with milk then sprinkle with sugar.
Vent dough.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
