Smoked Cider

Ingredients:

2 oz spiced apple cider

2 oz hard cider beer

1 oz scotch

Splash of Angostura bitters

Orange peel, cinnamon sticks and cranberries for garnish

Opal nugget ice

Method:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add apple cider, scotch and bitters. Make sure lid is tight, then shake vigorously. Pour cocktail over Opal nugget ice in rocks glass. Top off with hard cider beer. Add orange peel, cinnamon stick, and cranberries for garnish if desired.
