Simple Pumpkin Spice Apple Cake

Ingredients:
1 package Pumpkin Spice Muffin Mix
2 cups fresh apples, peeled and diced (honeycrisp, pink lady, fuji, gala)
2 ripe bananas, mashed
Method:
Set oven to Precision Cooking, Baked Goods, Cakes and preheat to 350-degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, prepare the pumpkin spice muffin mix according to the package directions.
Add the apples and bananas and blend together well.
Pour into a well-greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean.
Remove to a cooling rack for about 30 minutes. When cool remove from pan.
