Grilled Turkey Pesto Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 loaf of French bread, cut into 3-4 equal pieces
1/2 cup pesto, homemade or store-bought
4-8 ounces mozzarella, sliced
1 lb sliced turkey
2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Method:
Layer bread with pesto, mozzarella, sliced turkey and tomatoes. Brush the outside of the bread with melted butter.
Arrange sandwiches on black metal tray in spoke pattern.
Use the Speedcook preset for grilled sandwich.
