Pomegranate Orange Mocktail
Celebrate the season with a festive drink, no alcohol needed! This pomegranate and orange mocktail is the perfect refreshing beverage for your next winter party.

Ingredients:
1 ounce pomegranate juice
1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 ounces orange flavored sparkling water
½ ounce simple syrup
Garnish: pomegranate arils, orange slices, fresh thyme
Method:
Combine pomegranate, orange and lemon juice in a tall glass, add simple syrup and stir to combine. Fill glass with Opal ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh pomegranate arils, an orange slice, and a spring of fresh thyme, if desired.
