1 Dough for one 9-inch Pie

1 Hour & 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
2 to 4 tablespoons ice water, as needed
Method:
In a food processor, pulse together the flour, sugar and salt. Add butter and pulse until the mixture forms coarse crumbs with some larger chunks of butter. Slowly add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, and pulse until the dough just comes together. It should be moist, but not wet.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and form into a ball. Flatten into a disk and wrap in plastic.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before using. Dough will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or can be frozen for later use.
