Easy Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
2 (21-oz.) cans peach pie filling
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 (9-oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup butter, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped, toasted almonds
Method:
Combine pie filling and almond extract; spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish. Combine cake mix, sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or fork until crumbly; stir in almonds. Spread mixture evenly over peaches. Cook according to your Advantium model’s cooking settings or until golden brown and bubbly.
