Blueberry-Peach Crumb Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh peaches
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup cinnamon
Method:
Layer peaches and blueberries in the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish. Combine cornstarch, sugar and nutmeg, sprinkle over the fruit. Combine graham crackers and margarine mixing well. Sprinkle mixture over fruit. Cook according to your Advantium model’s cooking settings.
NOTE: Unsweetened frozen blueberries and peaches, thawed, may be substituted for fresh blueberries and peaches. If cinnamon graham cracker cannot be found you may substitute 1 cup graham cracker crumbs and mix in 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
