Curry Couscous and Vegetables
Ingredients:
1 cup couscous
1 cup chicken stock
½ red bell pepper, julienned
½ green bell pepper, julienned
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ yellow onion, chopped
½ rib celery, chopped
1 tablespoon yellow curry paste
2 chicken breasts, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
5 tablespoons butter
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a microwave safe dish with a lid.
Place in the Advantium and cook for 13 minutes at U=2, L=2, M=10.
