Flank Steak with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1 pound flank steak
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Combine all ingredients except for the salt and pepper. Rub into flank steak. Allow to marinate in the refridgerator for 2 hours.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spray grill pan with high heat spray.
Select Manual Cook, Adjust settings to T- 8:30, U-10, L-7, M-3
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
