1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Pinch cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon lime juice
4 - 5 ounce filet of salmon
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except for the salmon and mix well.
Spray metal pan with high heat pan spray.
Place salmon on treated pan. Season with salt and pepper. Evenly top each filet with glaze.
