Spanish Rice
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 (14½-oz.) cans tomatoes, chopped and undrained
1 cup instant rice
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Method:
Cook ground beef until browned; drain.
In 2-quart round casserole, combine beef, tomatoes, rice, onion, chili powder, sugar, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly.
Cover.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir before serving.

Chef's Notes:
To chop canned tomatoes easily, use kitchen shears to snip tomatoes into pieces while still in can.
