Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten
1 ½ cups soft bread crumbs
¾ cup milk
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup finely chopped green pepper
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon basil
¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ lbs. lean ground beef
Method:
In a bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, milk, onion, green pepper, salt, basil, oregano and pepper.
Add ground beef; mix well.
Form mixture into a loaf in a 2-quart oblong or 8-inch square baking dish.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until done.
Let stand 10 minutes.
