⅓ cup orange juice
⅓ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup lime juice
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sugar
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 (6-oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
In small saucepan, combine orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, orange zest, garlic, sugar and hot pepper sauce.
Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and whisk in oil; cool.
Place chicken in shallow dish; prick in several places with a fork.
Pour marinade over chicken; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until done.
Turn chicken over after 12 minutes of cooking time.
