1 package (4) breaded chicken patties, thawed
2 Japanese eggplant, peeled and sliced
1 (14 oz.) jar meatlesss spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup (4 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
Grease black metal pan.
Place eggplant on pan and bake using the appropriate settings below.
Place chicken patties in a square microwave safe dish.
Layer eggplant slices over chicken.
Spoon spaghetti sauce over eggplant; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings.
Top with mozzarella cheese, and cook 3 to 5 minutes longer at the same settings or until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly.
If using the Advantium 120, cook 8 to 10 minutes longer after topping with cheese.
