4 (6-oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
6 slices bacon, diced
1 cup coarsely chopped onion
⅔ cup coarsely chopped green pepper
⅔ cup coarsely chopped sweet red pepper
1 (2 ¼-oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 teaspoon sage
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup dry white wine
In 2½-quart oval (or similar) casserole, combine chicken and bacon.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings, stirring occasionally; drain.
Add onion, green pepper, red pepper, olives, sage, salt, thyme, and pepper.
Pour wine over chicken and vegetables; cover.
Place dish on non-stick metal tray.
Continue cooking for 16 to 18 minutes until done.
