2 tablespoons regular or dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster-flavored sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon pepper
¾ lb. top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 ½ cups broccoli florets
1 small onion, cut into 1-inch squares
Cooked rice (optional)
In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster-flavored sauce, wine, oil, cornstarch and pepper; stir until smooth.
Add steak, broccoli and onion; stir to coat evenly.
Spread beef mixture on non-stick metal cooking tray.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until desired doneness.
Serve over rice, if desired.
