½ cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
3 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
5 slices buttered bread
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Cook mushrooms and onions in butter until tender; set aside.
Cut bread slices in half diagonally; arrange buttered side down in 10-inch pie plate to form a crust.
Sprinkle mushroom mixture over bread.
In medium mixing bowl, combine cheeses, flour and bacon; spread over mushroom mixture.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour evenly over cheese mixture.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes.
