1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
⅓ cup sugar
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
¾ cup milk
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 cup finely chopped, peeled apple
½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Grease a 6-cup muffin pan; set aside.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry mixture.
Stir just until moistened.
Gently stir in apple and ¼ cup walnuts.
Spoon batter into prepared pan, filling ⅔ full.
Sprinkle with half of remaining walnuts.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings.
Remove to wire rack to cool slightly.
Repeat with remaining batter.
