
Barbecued Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Method:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 1-inch meatballs. Cook according to your Advantium model’s cooking settings. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Barbecue Sauce.
Barbecue Sauce: In a 2-cup measuring cup, combine 1 cup chili sauce, 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam, 1/4 teaspoon allspice and 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce. Cook according to your Advantium model’s cooking settings or until hot.
