
Vietnamese Iced Coffee
This combination of coffee and sweetened condensed milk is delightfully refreshing on a hot day.

6 ounces strong cold brew coffee
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
Splash of half-and-half or milk
Ice
Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and half-and-half. Stir until combined and serve.
Chef's Notes:
Making cold brew coffee is easy! Whisk together 1 ½ cup medium-coarse ground coffee and 3 cups of cold water in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or cheese cloth and let stand for at least 12 hours. Stir, then strain through a filter-lined funnel or sieve.
