CustomerNet has been designed to be compatible with Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher and Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher. If you would like to update your browser we recommend that you download Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0.

Internet Service Provider

If you want to dial into the Internet, be sure you are using a 56K modem and make sure your Internet Service Provider supports connection speeds this fast. If you need an Internet Service Provider, check the major long distance companies like AT&T, MCI, and Sprint or your local telephone company.

Hardware

For optimal performance the following minimum hardware should be used:

• Dedicated Phone Line
• Pentium II 233 MHz microprocessor or comparable
• 32 MB memory or more preferred
• 3.5" 1.44 MB floppy drive
• 56K internal modem
• An internet browser Netscape 4.0 or newer or Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer
• 800 x 600 screen resolution or higher
