Why have boring nachos when you can have Totchos? Top potato tots with your favorite nacho ingredients for a great game-day snack!
1-32 ounce bag potato tots
1 cup shredded pork carnitas
6 ounces shredded pepper jack
½ cup guacamole
½ cup pico de gallo
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
Cook potato tots according to package directions.
Top cooked potato tots with shredded pepper jack and pork. Place back in hot oven until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with guacamole, pico, sour cream and red onion. Serve immediately.
Totchos can be baked on a standard cookie sheet or you can make individual-sized portions in small cast iron skillets. Bake the potato tots on a cookie sheet, then divide among the skillets.
