Spicy Orange Chicken
Ingredients:
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon white pepper
4 (5-oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
¼ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
¼ cup thinly sliced green onion
Method:
Combine salt, paprika, allspice, ginger and pepper; sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
Place chicken in 2-quart oblong or 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and orange rind; pour over chicken.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until done, turning chicken over after 8 minutes.
Spoon cooking liquid over chicken and garnish with sliced green onion.
