Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup chopped pecans
½ cup regular rolled oats, uncooked
½ cup corn flakes
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed ripe banana
½ cup milk
½ cup honey
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Method:
Grease a 6-cup muffin pan; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, pecans, oats, corn flakes, baking powder, baking soda and salt; make a well in center.
Combine banana, milk, honey, egg and butter; blend well.
Add banana mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
Spoon batter into prepared pan, filling ¾ full.
Cook according to your Advantium model's cooking settings or until done.
Cool slightly on wire rack.
Repeat with remaining batter.
