This is NOT "classical" Spanish Rice! It may be "Latino," but certainly not SPANISH (Spain)! Classical Spanish Rice can never be instant! It is always with Saffron, and (classically) with a short-grained rice! It is rarely served plain, but rather with chicken, shell-fish, miat or/and vegetables.

To chop canned tomatoes easily, use kitchen shears to snip tomatoes into pieces while still in the can.

How can I tell which Advantium model I have?

In general, our Advantium models have a logo on the front that indicates whether it's an Advantium 240 or an Advantium 120. If the logo just says, Advantium, then you most likely have an Advantium 240 model. If the logo says, Advantium 120, then you have an Advantium 120 model.

There's another way to indicate which Advantium model you have. You can check the model number located inside the product's door -- see diagrams below. If your GE model number contains XXX1000, XXX1001, XXX1200 or XXX1201, then you have a 120-model. If your GE model number contains XXX2000, XXX2001, XXX2200 or XXX2201, then you have a 240-model.
